Delivery & Returns Policy

Returns Policy

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund or exchange if they are returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:

Items are returned carriage paid. 

Items are received in a resalable condition.

Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.

Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced). 

Items returned after 7 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 15%. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We cannot accept helmets as return items, this is for safety reasons.

We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.

All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return.

Items being returned, due to wrong size/colour ordered by customer, will be subject to normal delivery charge and any difference in price between the returned items and the replacement items

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.

Please advise us of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 3 days of receipt.

Exclusions

We are unable to refund:

Used items: Such items are not resalable not least because of safety concerns. We strongly recommend you do not go out on your bike with your new gear until you are completely satisfied that you do not require a refund.

We classify items as used if the original hang tags are removed.

Items damaged in transit: Sending items back in their product packaging only is not enough; items to be returned should be properly protected on their journey back with all the packaging we used to send it to you, including the product packaging and the corrugated outer box. If you send it back any other way you risk the item becoming damaged in transit and consequently you will lose all or part of your refund. The minimum handling charge for items not properly packaged is £20.00.

Special Orders: We are also unable to refund deliveries we have made to you that were special orders. We may agree to take back a special order but you need to let us know first with your order number and the items from the order to be returned.

Free postage shall only apply to UK mainland addresses only and exclude the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands , Northern Ireland and Channel islands. This offer may be withdrawn at any time without notice. If items are out of stock and delivery will be delayed, the customer will be notified.

Standard UK Delivery Costs are :-

Small Package £1.95

Standard Parcel £2.95

Large Parcel £4.95

We also deliver to Europe and other parts of the world from as little as £2.95                                

It is impossible to specify an exact time for delivery, customers in Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands , Northern Ireland and Channel islands; delivery is around 5 days longer and could cost more depending on weight of parcel.  Please call for details of delivery costs.

  • All our delivery costs are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight of both the products and the packaging.
  • We aim to deliver your order within 1-7 Business working days, items which are out of stock may take up to 14 working days to deliver, will we notify you by email to inform you at the time of order.
  • All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk.
  • All delivery timescales are subject to stock availability.
  • Small items may be delivered by post.
  • The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered. 
  • Your order may be delivered on more than one vehicle as this allows us to use specialist carriers, trained in handling your items.
  • Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes on any of our delivery services.
